An ideal and good standard hotel, my first choice in Sharm el-Sheikh. Tasty food, VERY GOOD service, and a wonderful view of the beach. - the staff is helpful and patient. - Exceptionally nice and unbeatable location near the beach. i booked standard room, it was huge and complete with tv and nice view plus sofa. all of the staff were decent, excellent. the location was very special in a truly beautiful area, just off the cafeteria as well as easy bus connection.

It has hard-working and extremely helpful staff from the management to the cleaners. It boasts magnificent, good location just off coffee shops, restaurant and foods, and the " hotspots ".

The place was well-organized with very friendly staff available to help, and its location was quiet and convenient, near the beach.

I was greatly impressed with front meneger's Mr. Sammy Farahat kind attitude to those who come to Egypt and the hotel for the first time. The sea was so fine with lot of beautiful little fish of all colors and forms. The beach as a good place for snorkling as much as you like. The round chanel pool in hotel is enough for swimming and water hills are so good for all children. Two hotel restraunts give enough high-quality food. If to conclude - after two weeks our 12 y.o. daughter wanted to stay there much longer

1/ It's time to renew some old rooms because of some poor furniture and sometimes not good smell 2/ Animation crew most of time wasn't seen at all 3/ It's a very good good place for those with children under 14 y.o. (because of fine aquapark) and it seems to me that in such a kind this hotel must be presented anywhere

The rooms are huge and wonderful with a sofa and bathroom. Quick check-in and GREAT customer service. the pool is very clean. the hotel has a salad bar. Great location, easily accessible via public transport, and just a 15-minute walk from Rehana Beach.

Location right by beach and bathroom, the bars and restaurants, and resturant. Luxurious and fantastic room, exceptionally comfortable bed. Quick check-in, fast check-out.

Rooms are very basic, good for short stay only. Water park is excellent for the kids. Gym needs improvement. Some staff needs to be more professional.

The quality of the food is terrible. Lacks variety and definitely not health conscience. Needs to include whole wheat products and low calorie selection of dishes.

It is a family place, great if you have children. There is something for every age. The kids loved the buffets and the Poolside snacks.
